Problem
I tried to use my phone number or email to get a sign-in code, but it won't let me login.
Why is this happening?
For the security of your personal data, some accounts are not able to use passwordless login. Passwordless login may be disabled for you if you:
- A family member is on staff at TFH
- You serve on a Serve Team with elevated privileges
- You have an payment method on your MyTFH account
Solution
Don't worry, you can still login. You will just need to login using your username and password.
